The Triveni Institute of Dental Sciences, Hospital And Research Centre, Bilaspur is a self-financing, non-profitable organization with a vision of excellence in knowledge, skills, and services. The TIDSHRC is situated at Vidyasthali New High Court, Raipur Road, Bodri, Bilaspur is a second largest city in state of Chhattisgarh after Raipur and is known as educational center. It is only 120 KM from Amarkantak a popular hill station which attracts tourists.

In the year 2008, the institute constituted Internal Quality Assurance Cell. The IQAC comprises of Disciplinary, Examination, Sports/Cultural, Patient Welfare, College welfare and Student welfare. Each committee is chaired by Principal and by senior faculty members. Committee members include other dental faculty, students, non-teaching staff and administrative officers of institution.
